I have conducted over 950 civil marriage ceremonies in the ACT, South Coast,
Brisbane as well as throughout the NSW mid north coast from
Lismore to Hungry Head.
Everyone of them has been very special in its own way. If you would
like to be married in the Coffs Harbour region there are beautiful
out door settings from rain forests to beaches, gardens &
headlands. For indoor ceremonies we have unique resort chapels,
small churches and special function rooms.
I will gladly assist you in choosing your special location and a ceremony
that will convey your heartfelt emotion towards each other
on your wedding day.
Marriage ceremonies should be meaningful and special. I always provide
assistance so you can personalise your ceremony to make it
what you both want. This can be done at personal meetings,
telephone, fax or email.
My ceremony information pack contains sample ceremonies together with
readings and many alternatives for your vows, rings, giving
away and all other parts of your ceremony.
Important
Remember it is necessary to complete a Notice of Intended
Marriage form. This Notice must then be lodged with a marriage
celebrant usually at least one full calendar month before
your ceremony. It will also be necessary for the celebrant
to sight your Birth Certificates. (Additional documents will
also need to be provided if you have been previously married.)

My own Ceremony Guide Booklet allows you to
easily design and personalize your own ceremony or adapt
one of a number of model ceremonies to your own requirements.

A personal copy of your ceremonies is printed
on parchment type paper and presented to the bride and
groom as their own record.

All documentation and registration requirements
are attended to for you.

Your marriage certificate is prepared in
a choice of calligraphy print.

Private ceremonies for 6 people or less can
be arranged in our garden or on our balcony overlooking
scenic Coffs Harbour.

Friendly assistance will be provided on all
aspects of your ceremony.

Ceremonies can be traditional or different
in a variety of ways.

Special inclusions can easily be made part
of your ceremony including an anniversary candle ceremony;
the release of doves, participation of your Church Minister
or Priest to provide a blessing and/or lead prayers;
ceremonial plantings and others by request.

A practice prior to the ceremony is recommended
and included in the fee.

A portable stereo CD/tape player and/or signing
table is available if required.

A personal PA system is used for locations
with high levels of background noise such as the ocean.

You may choose your own location and time.
